Hi, I’m Thomas. I studied Philosophy, Politics, & Economics at the University of Michigan. I’ve been tutoring since I was in high school and throughout college. I believe in a student led, collaborative space that allows students to come to their own conclusions with necessary interjections.

Education & Relevant Training:

  • B.A. Philosophy, Politics, Economics w/ a Minor in Business Administration – University of Michigan

Experience:

  • Tutored through NHS in high school. Tutored independently throughout college.

Teaching Philosophy:

I believe in working with students through the material. I believe a tutor should lead students in methodology rather than answers.

Hobbies and Interests:

  • I love sports; hockey, basketball, football. I’m a fan of all Detroit sports teams. I also enjoy weightlifting, wake surfing, and trying new foods.

Future Goals:

I am going into management consulting and look to go to grad school in the future.
