Personalized Tutor Matching

At NextGen Matters, we believe every student learns differently. As a growing nonprofit organization, our current approach is to personally match students with tutors rather than having families select tutors directly through our website.

By taking the time to learn about each student’s academic needs, learning style, personality, goals, and schedule, we can make thoughtful recommendations and create stronger tutor-student relationships from the start.

To begin the process, please complete our Student Interest/Inquiry Form. Once we receive your information, a member of our team will review your submission and contact you to discuss your student’s needs. We will then recommend the tutor we believe is the best fit. We will also give you different tutors to try if you’d like to explore them after as well.

While we currently use a personalized matching process, we may offer direct tutor selection through our website as our program continues to grow. In the meantime, families are encouraged to browse our tutor profiles. If you have a specific tutor in mind or would like to request a particular tutor based on information you see on our website, please let us know on the inquiry form. We will do our best to accommodate your preference whenever possible.

Our goal is not simply to assign a tutor, but to create a meaningful mentorship connection that helps students grow academically, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
